Light golden yellow, silver reflections. Fine herbal spice, subtle yellow tropical fruit, a touch of papaya, candied orange zest and a hint of bourbon vanilla. Complex, juicy, white orchard fruit nuances, fine acidity, salty aftertaste, a taut food wine, good further ageing potential.
