Light yellow-green, silver reflections, lively mousse. Delicate floral background, fine pear nuances, a hint of honeydew melon, soft floral notes and citrus zest. Taut, tight-knit, white apple, full of finesse acidity, salty minerality, a lively, light-footed food wine.
