Light greenish yellow with silver reflections. Fine herbal savouriness, white apple, floral nuances and mineral touches on the nose. Complex, tightly woven palate with fine pear fruit, delicate acidity, some blossom honey and candied mandarin zest on the finish. Persistent – an elegant food wine with good ageing potential.
