Smoky notes, bacon and mead ends, plus a planty-floral varietal character. Slightly creamy attack, medium-bodied, rather mild acidity, round and harmonious, with a comparatively strong sweetness on the finish. The palate structure is significantly less wood-influenced than the aroma.
