Bright straw yellow with a sparkling centre. Expressive and precise nose, slightly tropical, banana, ripe apple, pineapple, mango, elegant use of wood, multi-layered. On the palate, elegantly texture and beautifully salty, vibrant, with good drive and an animating, delicately bitter undertone, invites you to take another sip.
