Bright, shiny straw yellow with a flint core. Delicately savoury nose of white pepper, yellow peach, opens on rich apricot and some delicate white flowers. Crisp and mineral on the palate, opens with cool playfulness, straightforward with a slight mellowness, crystalline through to the very juicy finish.
