Bright straw yellow with pale green reflections. Candied grapefruit on the nose, delicate grassy nuances, reminiscent of coconut flakes and mint on the finish. Taut fruit and crisp acidity on the palate, with a fine texture, very full but not ponderous, lingers for a long time.
