Bright greenish yellow with a sparkling core. Notes of freshly cut grass, star fruit and fresh citrus fruit on the nose, with a slight hint of gooseberries and wet stone. Clear and juicy on the palate, with a slightly salty undertone, somewhat slender overall, albeit with good drinking flow.
