Falstaff Wine Guide Italy 2026

Founded in 1907, the Sankt Pauls winery today has 200 winegrowing families who farm their 185 hectares of vineyards on the best slopes and hillsides in an integrated cultivation model at various altitudes from 300 to 700 metres above sea level. The orientation and terroir determine the ideal location for each grape variety. The result is wines with a clear style and grippy character. Philipp Zublasing has been the new cellar master at Stankt Pauls since July 2023 - freshness, elegance and excitement are the cornerstones of his oenological work. Tobias Leimgruber is in charge of sales and marketing.
