Intense straw yellow with bright reflections. Ripe, red-cheeked apple on the nose, fine oak, quince, vanilla, light caramel and chamomile on the finish. Ripe fruit on the palate, chalky and salty texture, subtly creamy, elegant, fresh acidity without being overpowering, pleasant, long finish.
