Bright straw yellow with light golden yellow reflections. Elegant, delicate reduction on the nose, flint, light fruit, apple, quince, slight hints of hazelnut and salt. Fresh on the palate with a delicate mousse. Brioche, yeast, lightly toasted white bread with candied citrus fruits create a pleasant balance, long, fresh finish.
