Bright straw yellow with golden reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. Elegant aroma of yellow apple and quince on the nose, with a slightly chalky note and a fine salty touch. Citrus notes, brioche and mineral salts on the palate, balanced and with a lingering, fresh finish.
