The St. Michael-Eppan winery is one of the best-known wine producers in Italy. Founded in 1907, it stands for passion and the pursuit of the highest quality. 320 winegrowers cultivate 390 hectares of prime vineyards to create wines full of character. The winery attaches great importance to sustainable viticulture and the combination of tradition and innovative cellar technology. The Sauvignon "Sanct Valentin" enjoys cult status, but the other white wines in this line also find their way onto the best wine lists in the country. The winery sets new standards with the exclusive "Appius" and "The Wine Collection" lines.
