Weingut Abraham

Falstaff Wine Guide Italy 2026

The Abraham family has been passionately tending their vineyards in Eppan for five generations, but Martin and Marlies Abraham have only been pressing their grapes themselves since 2011. The vines grow on the geological fault line between deep porphyry soils and alluvial soils containing gravel, limestone and clay. Responsible and conscious cultivation of the vineyards is the basis for the work in the cellar. Spontaneous fermentation, long storage on the lees and slow ageing in tonneaux give the wines a unique, pure character that clearly expresses their provenance.
