Deep ruby-garnet color with delicate violet highlights and a broader lightening at the rim. Inviting roasted aromas, cherry fruit delicately underscored by caramel, and subtle tobacco-like spice. Full-bodied, with a sweet, extract-rich texture; pronounced tannins; dark minerality; ripe cherries on the finish; a subtle animal note in the aftertaste; fresh, persistent, with aging potential.
