Very pale golden yellow, silver reflections. Fresh meadow herbs, white apple fruit, with floral nuances in the background, a hint of grapefruit zest in the background. Juicy, elegant, fine apple fruit nuances, subtle acidity, nutty touch, mineral on the finish, a delicately savoury food companion.
