Tasting from 02.12.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich, dark ruby. Clearly marked nose with rich notes of ripe cherries, some dark currant, liquorice in the background. Pithy tannins on the palate, coated with a sweet texture, develops well, then on the finish unfortunately subtle malty notes are clearly marked by the wood.
