The red wine Vigna 'Scianello Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, vintage 2019 from the winery La Ciarliana has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Dark, bright ruby red. Elderberry, oak and geranium on the nose, with light citrus notes on the finish. On the palate it shows with dark berry, slightly balsamic fruit, mint, dense, with hearty tannins, full-bodied, slightly loosely knit and burnt on the finish.
