The red wine Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, vintage 2021 from the winery La Sala del Torriano has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Intense ruby red colour with a dark core. Aromas of leaves, lovage, leather and ripe plums. Lots of drive on the palate with balanced acidity and well-integrated tannins. The finish is persistent.
