Tasting from 19.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright lustrous golden yellow with pink touches. The nose opens with aromas of cherry blossom and red-cheeked apple, as well as quince and some elderflower, then vanilla custard and nougat on the finish. Full and mouth-filling, it shows drive, persistence and fine texture, finishing on grapefruity, saline notes.
