Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow colour. Intense nose of bread crust and yeast, as well as some roasted almonds, yeast, then citrus fruit, not quite precise. Medium-bodied on the palate, juicy, but breaks down on the finish.

More about the tasting

Bright yellow with silver reflections. Very pronounced but fine and pleasant expression of freshness (citrus fruits). On the palate, the lively acidity accompanies a crisp fruit that makes it fine and persistent.
