Tasting Notes
Precise and fresh fruit on the nose, black cherry, elderberry, with only discreet oak. Equipped with a powerful load of tannins on the palate, yet neither astringent nor drying, ripe grainy tannins of high grip and tension, tactile-mineral underlay. Juice and fruit lead into the aromatically still closed but long finish. A substantial "Burgundy".
