The red wine Le Masse di Greve Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Lanciola has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright ruby with a fine garnet sheen. Opens on the nose with notes of graphite and cedar wood, the fruit remains a little subdued. The wine is supported by substantial tannins on the palate, with a salty finish.
