A sparkling, deep ruby red. Opens on the nose with pronounced spicy notes reminiscent of ground ginger, followed by blackberry and dark currant. Firm and gripping on the palate, it displays plenty of dense, hearty tannins and a lovely interplay of fruit and spice.
