The sparkling wine Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut, vintage 2023 from the winery Le Risere has been rated in 2025 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections. The mousse is fine. Fresh notes of green apple, pear and citrus fruit on the nose, enriched by a slight minerality. Dry, lively and fruity on the palate with good acidity. Long and again salty finish. The mousse appears slightly unconnected.
