Tasting Notes

90
Tasting from 24.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Fragrant and spicy, almost traminer-like in its floral opulence. Rose and smoke, apricot. Blood orange. Tasty and full in the mouth, fine juicy acidity, has tension as well as fullness, a subtle sweetness gives the aromas resonance. Pair with curry.
