Light salmon pink with silver highlights. A delicate bouquet of red berries, sloe, vineyard peach, and honeydew melon, along with garrigue, white pepper, white flowers, and violets. Dry on the palate, with a smooth fruitiness, fresh acidity, and salty minerality. Silky, with notes of salted lemon and smoky pepper spice in the long finish.
