Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.10.2011

Very deep color, very delicately undercoated, subtle edge brightening. Intense herbal spice on the nose, pleasant wild berry confit, smoky spice, delicate animal touch, but also fine ethereal nuances. Complex, juicy black berry fruit, nuances of cassis, some menthol and eucalyptus resonate in the background, carried by firm tannins, extract-sweet, blackberry notes on the finish, fine chocolate aftertaste, good length, secure ageing potential.
