Fresh notes of Granny Smith apple blend with lemon and fresh brioche on the vividly fresh nose. The body is slender with gentle, fine mousse. Riper fruit shimmers at the core, lending echoes of peach and Mirabelle while serene lemon sets the tone on this rather elegant Crémant. Very well done.
