Tasting Notes
Clear, intense ruby with garnet rim. Presents itself on the nose with pronounced herbal aromas, quinine, cardamom and liquorice, behind it some raspberry jam. Hearty, grippy tannin, shows emphatically earthy notes, lots of truffle, some dark cherry, firm, persistent finish with leather aromas.
More about the tastingSparkling, rich ruby garnet. Rich, appealing nose with notes of ripe raspberries, preserved cherries and leather, very inviting. Shows plenty of taut tannins, opens up clearly and straightforwardly, builds up nicely, full, firm pressure on the finish.
