Tasting Notes
Medium bodied, bright straw yellow. Tart savoury notes on the nose, wild thyme and lemon balm, also white currant and pear, then fumé on the finish. Spreads a lively dress, with crisp acidity, light in weight, rich pear and yellow apple on the palate, clear, finishes somewhat drying on grapefruit.
