Tasting Notes
Shiny lemon yellow. Smells of fresh lemons and fresh meadow herbs, white peach and some acacia blossom on the nose. Juicy on the palate, with delicate citrus-elderberry fruit, crisp, then somewhat one-dimensional on the finish, but drinks well.
More about the tastingBright, pale straw yellow with silvery reflections. Medium intensity on the nose, reminiscent of Golden Delicious apple and juicy pear, followed by honey, a hint of vanilla and nutty notes. The palate has a gentle grip and a subtle fruity flavour with invigorating acidity.
