Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow with a brightening rim. Thyme, lime blossom and some honey on the nose, savoury. Sharp on the palate due to the vivid acidity, has a lot of nerve and tension, still seems very young, can still mature a little, also very gripping on the finish.
