Tasting Notes
Rich, bright amber with copper. Opens on roasted almond and stewed fig, delicate savoury notes, cardamom, delicate hints of star anise and hibiscus flowers. Powerful on the palate, pithy on the finish with tart savoury notes of pepper and nutmeg, compact, full-bodied, with a certain drive, persistent, slightly burnt on the finish.
