Bright, intense golden yellow with silver highlights. Fresh herbal notes, yellow gooseberries, ripe tropical fruit, mineral undertones, delicate blossom honey, a very inviting bouquet. Tight, well-structured, very elegant, distinctly stony, with delicate notes of yellow pome fruit on the finish and a hint of umami; a great wine for pairing with food, light-footed and expressive; will benefit from bottle aging.
