Medium golden yellow, silver reflections. On the nose, subtle notes of herbs and candied orange zest, hints of ripe quince and jasmine tea, mineral-salty nuances. Complex and elegant, with subtle notes of yellow pome fruit, a very fine acidic structure and a mineral, salty finish with hints of orange zest and grapefruit. A great food wine, with definite further ageing potential.
