Pale golden yellow, brass reflections. Delicate notes of candied orange zest, yellow stone fruit, a hint of pear, honeydew melon, delicate herbal savouriness. Juicy, fresh apple, delicate hints of blossom honey, mineral and good persistence, a versatile food companion.
