Strong golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicate nuances of ripe yellow tropical fruit, hints of quince, a hint of fig and guava, candied mandarin zest, some blossom honey, multi-faceted bouquet. Complex, taut, mineral, delicate hints of ripe pear, chalky minerality, good persistence, already developed, a fine food companion with development and certain ageing potential.
