Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. Hints of yellow pear, subtle notes of greengage and blossom honey and a touch of candied orange zest. Juicy and elegant, creamy texture, subtle honey nuances, a touch of caramel and nougat on the finish, showing power and length. A textured food companion with maturity and definite further ageing potential.
