Tasting Notes
Garnet red in colour. The nose is intense with notes of black cherries, cinnamon and the fragrance of freshly picked wild berries. The palate is rich in finesse, fruity and characterised by a fine, very delicate tannin structure and slightly savoury aromas. The impressive finish is elegant, full of finesse and fresh. The longer it remains open, the more depth to its flavour, revealing a baroque fullness after a while.
