Tasting Notes
Medium yellow with green reflections; restrained, fragrant Riesling nose, floral, noticeable peach note; slender, powerful attack, juicy acidity; dry, subtly mineral finish. The prototype of the new Gantenbein Riesling; from the 2013 vintage, the entire (small) production will be vinified dry - after years of focusing on acidity and residual sweetness.
