Tasting Notes
Traces of incipient maturity are recognisable on the nose, the wine was already (very young) in the guide last year. Some butter and honey savouriness, pear-like depth. Still somewhat lactic on the palate, roasted hazelnut, far from any heaviness, slowly coming into shape.
More about the tastingSubtly woody and savoury on the nose, with some apple peel and hazelnut, the influence of spontaneous fermentation is also evident in the aromas. Pithy, firm and dry on the palate, (still) restrained in fullness, very good mineral expression.
