Tasting Notes

Tasting from 24.04.2015

Rich, dark ruby with violet shimmer. Exciting nose with rich notes of blackberry and elderberry, with a slight hint of cloves and cardamom in the background. Round and supple on the attack and finish, opens with grippy, present tannins, pronounced earthy notes on the finish, lots of pressure on the finish. rough but hearty.
