Tasting from 17.10.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark ruby purple. Rich truffle nose with blackberry, cassis, delicate light leather, clove, very complex. On the palate it shows with elegant use of wood, tightly woven and dense with fleshy fruit, comes in many layers, savoury aftertaste of malt coffee, slight after-drying, rough tannin.
