Tasting from 19.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Black cherry and dark chocolate, earthy undertones, subtle smoky wood. High presence on the palate, lots of sandy tannin but in proportion, ripe, well integrated acidity, cherry fruit, a full-bodied, impeccably balanced crianza.

Dark ruby, purple reflections, broad ochre rim. Fine red berry confit, a hint of cherries and liquorice, nougat, subtle herbal spice. Medium body, red berry texture, fresh structure, integrated tannins, mineral, already well developed and approachable, salty finish.
