The sparkling wine Edea Rosé Franciacorta DOCG Brut from the winery Mirabella has been rated in 2025 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, Pinot Bianco from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Delicate pale pink colour with a brightening core. Butter biscuits, raspberry, marzipan and a hint of nuts on the nose. On the palate with sweetish, slightly cardboardy fruit, high dosage, finishing slightly subdued on yeasty tones.
