The sparkling wine DØM Franciacorta DOCG Riserva Pas Dosé, vintage 2018 from the winery Mirabella has been rated in 2025 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, Pinot Bianco from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Bright straw yellow with a delicate olive green colour. Initially very closed on the nose, of cold smoke and bacon, shy citrus fruit. On the palate it shows with a tightly woven mousse and good drive, vertical and precise, with a delicately bitter finish.
