Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Pale rose pink with a subtle mousse. On the nose, apricot chutney, dried oranges, a touch of cinnamon and crusty bread. Structured and full-bodied on the palate with drive, a slightly coarse-grained mousse and a rich fruit core, yet somewhat washed out on the finish.

More about the tasting

Bright, clear baby pink. On the nose, pronounced aromas of candied orange peel, fresh raspberries and rose hips, buttered toast on the second sip. Juicy on the palate, winds its way gracefully, shows structure and rich texture, fine but somewhat restrained mousse, goes into the finish with drive, somewhat clumsy on the finish.
