Tasting Notes

Tasting from 29.11.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep, rich, dark ruby red in colour. The nose is moderately expressive, with some dried rose petal and ripe fruit aromas. The palate has plenty of drive, tension and tannins, although it remains slightly rough on the finish unfortunately. Needs patience.
