Tasting from 06.12.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, subtly lightening ruby red. Very ripe nose of fermenting plum and Amarena cherry, with hints of milk chocolate. Not entirely clean on the finish. Vegetal and narrow on the palate, appears unripe and very lean, high acidity.
